Health & Safety Psychosociologist Specialist

About the role

An opportunity has opened for a Health & Safety Psychosociologist within Airbus Defence and Space in Seville. The role focuses on managing psychosocial risks, ensuring compliance with legal and internal EHS requirements, and integrating safe work methods into the company’s management system.

Key responsibilities

• Provide stakeholder guidance on risk categorisation, elimination, substitution or mitigation, ensuring full compliance with external legal and internal EHS policies.
• Ensure that management implements adequate technical risk controls for both collective and individual activities.
• Define processes, procedures and safe methods of work and integrate them into the internal EHS management system.

Required profile

• University degree (or equivalent) with a postgraduate qualification in Prevention of Labour Risks.
• Specialisation in Psychosocial Risk Management and at least four years of experience in labour risk prevention.
• Fluent negotiation‑level Spanish and English, with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
