About the role
SG Tech, a fast‑growing technology consulting firm, is seeking a Help Desk Level 1 Support Technician to join its retail‑environment projects. You will provide first‑line technical assistance during the launch phase, focusing on Android tablets, smart glasses, and associated demo kits.
Key responsibilities
- Perform initial diagnosis, verify physical connections, and execute controlled reboots of devices.
- Conduct functional checks of demo setups, including audio, photo/video capture, touch controls, and Wi‑Fi/SIM connectivity.
- Register incidents, document steps taken and results, and escalate to Level 2 support when necessary.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to replace damaged components and ensure issue resolution.
Required profile
- Minimum C1/C2 level of English.
- At least one year of experience in technical support.
- Ability to follow manuals and step‑by‑step troubleshooting procedures.
Required skills
- Knowledge of Android operating environments.
- Familiarity with mobile peripherals such as tablets and smart glasses.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
