Hotel Housekeeper – Margaritas

About the role
Join the Barceló Hotel Margaritas team as a Housekeeper, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and public areas. You will work in a dynamic hospitality environment, ensuring high standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare cleaning supplies, equipment and tools needed for daily tasks.
- Clean and tidy guest rooms and common areas, checking the condition of furniture and fixtures.
- Make beds, ventilate rooms, replenish linens, toiletries, minibar items and other guest supplies.
- Handle guest requests, complaints and lost‑and‑found items according to hotel protocols.
- Collect used linens and send them to laundry, restock supplies and maintain cleaning carts.
Required profile
- Basic secondary education (ESO) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar housekeeping role is desirable.
- Basic knowledge of English is a plus.
- Customer‑oriented attitude, teamwork, attention to detail and responsibility.
- Ability to organize tasks efficiently.
