Hotel Management Internship – 2026

About the role

Barceló Hotel Group is offering a 4‑6 month Hotel Management Internship for 2026. The program provides an immersive Assistant Hotel Manager in Training experience, giving participants a 360º view of hotel operations across all departments.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Administration to understand daily operations.
• Support the Hotel Director and Management Team on strategic projects and guest service initiatives.
• Assist in preparing reports, managing inventory, and coordinating team activities.
• Participate in leadership meetings to gain insight into decision‑making processes.
