Hotel Receptionist – Benidorm Beach

About the role

Join the Barceló Benidorm Beach team as a Receptionist and become the first point of contact for guests throughout their stay. You will ensure smooth check‑in and check‑out processes, provide personalized assistance, and uphold the high service standards of a leading international hotel brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all front‑desk operations, from pre‑arrival coordination to departure procedures.
• Perform check‑in and welcome guests, and handle check‑out and farewell processes.
• Deliver in‑person and telephone customer service throughout the guest’s stay.
• Provide concierge services and manage luggage storage.
• Review and verify reservations, and conduct nightly audits.
• Execute additional tasks assigned by the Reception Manager.

Required profile

• Degree in Tourism, a Master’s in Marketing or a related field, with specific training in tourism quality.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service and quality assurance within the hotel sector.
• High level of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of office software, hospitality operations, CRM tools, and ISO standards is valued.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.

• Familiarity with ISO standards related to hospitality.
