Hotel Receptionist – Guest Services

About the role

Join the Barceló Hotel Group as a Receptionist at the Corralejo Bay property. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all front‑desk operations, including check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Provide in‑person and telephone customer service throughout the guest stay.
• Perform concierge duties and handle luggage storage requests.
• Review reservations and conduct nightly audit tasks.
• Execute additional tasks assigned by the Reception Manager.

Required profile

• Degree in Tourism, a Master’s in Marketing or a related field, with specific training in tourism quality.
• Minimum 2 years of customer‑service experience in the hotel sector.
• High level of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of hospitality regulations and ISO standards is valued.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office software (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations).
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Familiarity with ISO quality standards.
