Hotel Receptionist – Marbella

About the role

Barceló Hotel Group is looking for a professional Receptionist to join its Marbella property. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth check‑in and check‑out experience and providing high‑quality service throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest arrivals, perform check‑in procedures and welcome visitors.
• Handle departures, process check‑out, and ensure a pleasant farewell.
• Provide in‑person and telephone customer service during the entire stay.
• Perform concierge and luggage‑storage duties.
• Verify reservations and conduct nightly audits.
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by the Reception Manager.

Required profile

• Degree in Tourism, Marketing or a related field with specific training in tourism quality.
• Minimum two years of customer‑service experience in the hotel sector.
• High level of English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office or similar office software.
• Knowledge of ISO standards related to hospitality.
