Hotel Valet (Royal Hideaway Sancti Petri)

About the role

The Hotel Valet at Royal Hideaway Sancti Petri supports the smooth operation of guest rooms and public areas. Working closely with housekeeping and the floor manager, you will ensure that linens, amenities and waste are handled efficiently to maintain the high standards of the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Collect room racks to track departures across the hotel.
• Assist housekeeping in removing dirty linens from departing rooms.
• Count and verify clean garments received daily from external laundry.
• Distribute clean linens to floors and replenish missing items.
• Remove dirty laundry from departure carts and empty them.
• Prepare twice‑weekly orders of amenities and stationery for the store, signed by the floor manager.
• Follow instructions for carpet cleaning, high‑level cleaning, mirrors, glass, signage and exterior areas.
• Collect and dispose of waste from each floor in designated locations.
• Perform extra cleaning tasks and assist with storage organization as needed.

Required profile

• Secondary education (medium level) completed.
• Minimum of one year experience in a similar hospitality or housekeeping role.
• Clean, organized and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
