About the role

We are seeking a proactive and meticulous House Manager to lead the domestic team at an ultra‑high‑net‑worth private family residence in Marbella. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on involvement, ensuring the home is maintained to the highest standards while providing discreet, independent service.

Key responsibilities

• Directly supervise a team of three housekeepers, a chef, and external contractors such as gardeners and pool technicians.
• Coordinate daily schedules, monitor performance, and maintain exacting quality across all household operations.
• Work closely with all private staff to keep the residence organized, peaceful, and impeccably presented.
• Maintain an active presence on the estate, stepping in to perform tasks such as detailing bathrooms, making beds, or clearing areas when needed.
• Oversee household supplies, anticipate needs, and manage replenishment of cleaning products and essentials.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in high‑end private households, including prior House Manager responsibilities.
• Demonstrated proactive mindset with an eye for perfection and the ability to anticipate family needs.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Absolute commitment to privacy, confidentiality, and professional boundaries.
