About the role

Join the housekeeping team at a prestigious luxury resort and ensure that guest rooms and public areas are immaculate, comfortable, and ready for arrival. You will work closely with the hotel management to maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare cleaning materials, equipment and supplies for each shift.
  • Clean and arrange guest rooms, checking the condition of furniture, fixtures and amenities.
  • Make beds, ventilate rooms, replenish linens, toiletries, minibar items and other guest supplies.
  • Inspect rooms for any defects and report them to the appropriate department.
  • Assist guests during their stay, handle lost‑and‑found items and respond to reasonable requests.
  • Collect used linens and send them to the laundry, restock supplies and maintain housekeeping carts.

Required profile

  • Basic secondary education (ESO) or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar housekeeping role is desirable.
  • Basic knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Customer‑oriented attitude, teamwork, attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
