About the role

Join the Wipes Plant in Mequienza as an HR Business Partner Intern and gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving manufacturing environment. You will work closely with seasoned HR professionals to support recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Support onboarding by preparing orientation materials and facilitating sessions for new hires.
• Help coordinate training programs and development initiatives to boost employee skills.
• Research best HR practices and aid in implementing new policies tailored to the manufacturing setting.
• Contribute to employee engagement activities and surveys to gather feedback on workplace culture.

Required profile

• Motivated student or recent graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong desire to learn and grow within HR in a manufacturing context.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
