HR Business Partner – Madrid (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join a leading European WealthTech organization in Madrid. Working in a hybrid model, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders across technology, product, commercial, operations and corporate services, helping to align people strategies with commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to translate strategic priorities into effective people plans, including workforce planning and succession.
• Lead talent reviews, support recruitment, identify capability gaps and drive learning and development initiatives.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Support organisational change, transformation projects and integration initiatives, including communications and stakeholder engagement.
• Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, inclusion and culture‑building programmes.
• Contribute to strategic HR projects, improve policies, processes and HR systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar senior HR role.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to use HR metrics and insights to inform business decisions.
• Experience in talent management, succession planning and change management.
• Solid knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
