HR Business Partner – Spain

About the role

Malt is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join its Spanish HR team. You will act as a strategic partner to country and division leaders, driving the employee journey and supporting the rapid scaling of the business in Spain.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice on organisational design and talent development.
• Partner with leadership on performance management, professional development and internal mobility.
• Coordinate core HR processes such as performance calibration, compensation cycles and employee data analysis.
• Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence to ensure consistent delivery in compensation & benefits, talent acquisition and people operations.
• Manage the local people cost envelope and support data‑driven decision making.

Required profile

• Educational background in HR, Business or a related field.
• 4+ years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner role.
• Strong project and budget management skills with solid business acumen.
• Native‑level fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English.
