HR Generalist – Barcelona or Porto

About the role

We are seeking an HR Generalist to support daily HR operations across Spain, Portugal, France, and Italy. Based in Barcelona or Porto, you will be the first point of contact for managers and employees, ensuring smooth HR processes and a great employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, exits, organizational changes, and workforce planning.
• Implement reward, performance, talent management, and career development activities.
• Ensure compliance with local labour legislation and monitor legal updates.
• Provide training and workshops for managers and employees.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation, personal files, and HR systems.
• Advise managers on labour legislation and company policies.
• Support recruitment activities within the assigned region.
• Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar HR role.
• University degree.
• Very good English proficiency (minimum B2).
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• High attention to detail, responsible and disciplined.
• Proactive attitude.
