HR Generalist & Labor Advisor

About the role

Veepee is looking for an HR Generalist & Labor Advisor to act as the bridge between the company and its external payroll provider. You will ensure accurate payroll processing for roughly 400 employees, oversee compliance with Spanish labor legislation, and support HR administrative tasks that foster a positive corporate culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full payroll cycle, coordinating employee registrations, terminations, and modifications with the external provider.
• Review and validate monthly variables, absences, and incidents before payroll closing.
• Ensure correct Social Security (RLC/RNT) filings and tax form submissions (111 and 190).
• Collaborate with Finance on monthly accounting closings related to personnel expenses and calculate payroll‑related provisions.
• Handle employee onboarding and off‑boarding, coordinate HR‑related supplier payments, and assist in organizing internal events.

Required profile

• Higher degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, Finance or a related field.
• Proven experience in payroll management under Spanish labor law, either internally or through supervision of an external agency.
• Background in multinational environments is highly valued.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data matching and reporting.
