Talent Acquisition Partner (Entry-Level)

About the role

Airbus is looking for an enthusiastic, proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its HR team in Getafe, Spain. The role is a launchpad for an HR career, teaching proactive sourcing, talent pipelining and employer branding while supporting the Early Career strategy with universities and schools. It is an entry-level position within the HR Business Partnership family.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their team's needs and help build compelling job profiles.
• Develop sourcing strategies using modern channels and social media to attract active and passive candidates.
• Create attractive, inclusive and diversity-friendly job adverts reflecting Airbus's purpose, values and mission.
• Screen applications and use recruitment tools to identify high-potential candidates.
• Organise and take part in candidate interviews and contribute to selection decisions.
• Act as an ambassador for Airbus at university and school events to support the Early Career strategy.
• Take part in cross-divisional and transnational HR projects through Employment Communities of Practice.

Required profile

• Degree in HR, Psychology or a related field, with some initial exposure to recruitment (internships, academic projects or 1-2 years of junior experience).
• Negotiation-level Spanish and English, as the role is highly international.
• Proactive networker with strong communication skills, a natural problem-solver and a collaborative approach.
• An interest in the aerospace, technical or engineering sectors is a plus.
