HR Manager – Canary Islands

About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR Manager to lead people operations for our Canary Islands office and support teams across Spain and LATAM. The role bridges global HR strategy with regional execution, ensuring efficient, compliant HR processes in a fast‑moving, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for operational, administrative, contact‑centre, back‑office and technical positions across Spain and LATAM.
• Coordinate hiring documentation, contracts and social security registrations with local legal advisors.
• Oversee onboarding, track checklists and support new hires during their first month.
• Provide accurate payroll inputs, collaborate with Finance and external providers, and prepare employment certifications.
• Ensure compliance with Spanish labour law and relevant LATAM regulations, maintaining secure employee records.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries on payroll, leave and documentation, fostering a results‑oriented culture.

Required profile

• Degree or advanced studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labour Relations or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, hiring, payroll support and employee administration.
• Hands‑on experience in Spain and/or LATAM markets, preferably in high‑volume environments such as services, contact centres, technology or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish labour law; familiarity with LATAM labour practices is a plus.
