HR Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

WPP Production is seeking an HR Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team. You will play a pivotal role in sourcing, assessing, and hiring top talent for a global, fast‑moving production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from defining role requirements with hiring managers to onboarding new hires.
• Market and source open positions using multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other databases.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial candidate assessments, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Assist with testing, evaluation, feedback, rate discussions, offer preparation, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and talent databases, ensuring high data quality across markets.
• Produce and support reporting on recruitment KPIs and help define recruiting strategies.
• Develop relationships with universities and expand the talent pool through networking and presentations.

Required profile

• Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration or a related field.
• Initial experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR.
• Strong interest in people‑focused environments and ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a candidate‑focused mindset.
• High level of English for an international setting.

Required skills

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar recruiting platforms.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and basic reporting in Excel.
