About the role

Key responsibilities
- Administration of personnel: recruitment, payroll, social security, embargo management and employee communication.
- Labor legal matters: work inspections, judicial processes, disciplinary policy implementation.
- Training coordination and implementation of people‑management policies.
Required profile
- Experience in HR administration, payroll processing and social‑security procedures.
- Knowledge of labor law, inspections and disciplinary processes.
- Ability to organise training activities and implement HR policies.
