Senior SAP Payroll Consultant – Nordics Payroll

About the role

SD Worx is seeking a Senior SAP HCM/ECP Consultant specialized in Nordics payroll to join its expanding SAP practice. You will work with international clients, helping them optimise and transform HR and payroll processes using SAP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with experienced consultants across the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and configuration to testing, implementation and post‑go‑live support.
• Provide expertise on Nordics/Finnish payroll legislation and processes, ensuring compliance and efficient payroll operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Nordics payroll.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and teamwork abilities.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Required skills

• SAP HCM Payroll
• SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) on S/4HANA
• Nordics payroll legislation knowledge
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Payroll Control Center and SAP Time Management (nice to have)
