About the role

Join the vibrant team at Hapimag Resort Paguera, a beachfront resort with 239 apartments, restaurants, pools and more. As a Human Resources Assistant you will support the HR and administration department, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management and a safe, engaging workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, off‑boarding and payroll coordination with an external provider.
• Maintain and implement occupational health and safety standards across the resort.
• Organise training sessions and professional development programmes for staff.
• Provide employee support, conflict resolution and guidance to foster a harmonious environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in hospitality.
• Excellent command of English and Spanish; German is a plus.
• Proactive, organised, independent and reliable work style.
• Discreet, diplomatic and passionate about people.
