About the role
The Human Resources Manager for Midea Spain will lead the full spectrum of HR operations, ensuring alignment with the regional HR strategy while building solid local HR foundations. This role oversees core HR cycles, payroll delivery, policy development, and day‑to‑day people support, acting as a key partner to business leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Spain HR operations and deliver high‑quality, business‑oriented HR services.
- Build and maintain a reliable local HR support model that balances operational excellence with business needs.
- Partner with business leaders to strengthen employee engagement, monitor retention risks and implement action plans to improve employee experience.
- Own labor‑cost planning and control, including headcount planning, budget tracking, salary review, bonus coordination and manpower analysis.
- Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and company policies while supporting day‑to‑day people matters such as payroll delivery and policy development.
Required profile
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (mandatory).
