I2C Collection & Dispute Management Senior Analyst

About the role

DePuy Synthes, part of Johnson & Johnson's Global Finance, is recruiting a Senior I2C Collection & Dispute Management Analyst in Madrid. The role sits in the Invoice to Cash process area of the Global Services Finance team and oversees end-to-end service delivery of collections and dispute management for specific business units and markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee collections and open receivables for complex, high-value accounts through negotiation and advanced dispute resolution, improving cash flow, DSO and mitigating credit risk
• Lead performance management of collection KPIs against SLAs and perform AR forecasting, trend and root cause analysis
• Oversee sales order releasing decisions within defined authority limits and escalate risks appropriately
• Own the end-to-end dispute lifecycle for high-risk or high-revenue accounts, acting as a senior subject matter expert on complex disputes
• Manage non-disputed credits, revenue adjustments and reconciliations, and guide internal stakeholders and lead customer-facing negotiations
• Drive process improvements, maintain audit readiness and controls compliance
• Partner with Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, Deliver Revenue and Finance teams, and support leadership with analysis, reporting and special projects

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in accounting, finance or a related discipline; CPA, CMA, MBA or similar certifications preferred
• 4-6 years of relevant experience
• End-to-end invoice to cash experience (cash applications, credit management, collections/dispute management), with strong expertise in collections/disputes and preferably in healthcare/pharma
• Fluent English, Spanish and advanced Portuguese, spoken and written
• Preferred: BPO or shared services experience, digital/intelligent automation knowledge, foreign languages
