Implementation Manager – French Speaking

About the role

Payhawk is seeking a French‑speaking Implementation Manager to join its Customer Success team. In this role you will guide new French‑language customers through onboarding, configure their Payhawk accounts, and ensure they quickly realise the value of the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end onboarding for French‑speaking clients, gathering requirements and configuring the Payhawk solution.
• Develop and execute tailored project plans, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to meet agreed timelines and service levels.
• Deliver customized training sessions and documentation in French.
• Monitor product usage data to identify optimisation opportunities and drive deeper adoption.
• Support customers as their businesses scale, advising on new features and configuration adjustments.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure long‑term satisfaction and retention.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (written and spoken) and proficient in English.
• Proven experience in customer onboarding, implementation or project management, preferably in SaaS or fintech.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to convey technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a track record of driving product adoption.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
