Implementation Specialist – French Market

About the role

As an Implementation Specialist for the French market, you will guide new Perk customers from sign‑up through launch, ensuring a smooth transition to the platform. You will combine change‑management expertise with consultative support to deliver tailored onboarding experiences that drive long‑term adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers during the implementation process.
• Define and execute onboarding strategies, including project planning, account configuration, and integration support.
• Conduct consultative conversations to gather requirements and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Lead training sessions for stakeholders at all levels and validate post‑implementation satisfaction.
• Own timelines, rollout plans, and coordinate internal resources to ensure successful delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in implementation, customer success, account management or project management.
• Fluent in French and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Track record of exceeding targets and delivering complex projects.
• Customer‑first mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
