Implementation Specialist - UKI Market

About the role

The Implementation Specialist will own the onboarding journey for Premium and Pro customers on the Perk platform, guiding them from sign‑up to launch and ensuring a smooth transition to using the travel and spend management solution.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers during implementation, defining onboarding strategies and managing project timelines.
• Collect customer requirements through consultative conversations and translate them into tailored rollout plans.
• Configure customer accounts, support integrations, and deliver technical troubleshooting.
• Design and conduct training sessions for stakeholders at all levels, including executive‑level workshops.
• Monitor post‑implementation booking behaviour, validate configuration, and provide proactive recommendations to drive adoption.
• Coordinate internal resources, own the rollout plan, and ensure alignment with other departments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in implementation, project management, account management or related customer‑facing roles.
• Strong track record of exceeding targets and delivering complex projects.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer‑first mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment and manage competing priorities.
