Inbound Sales Representative - Germany (Barcelona)

About the role

Airwallex, the AI-native financial operating system used by more than 675,000 businesses, is hiring an Inbound Sales Representative for Germany within its European Sales Hub in Barcelona. You will sell Airwallex's suite of products to German SME prospects and own the full sales cycle, from qualification and discovery through solutioning, negotiation, closing, onboarding and activation. You will work from the Barcelona office three days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Convert high-intent inbound leads generated through marketing and product channels into new business, using targeted follow-ups and re-engagement cadences.
• Build and manage a healthy, high-converting pipeline of German SME prospects, meeting conversion, revenue and activity targets.
• Partner with Germany sales leadership and regional sales, marketing, operations and product teams to deliver predictable revenue growth.
• Define and refine outreach cadences, qualification workflows, CRM hygiene and reporting, negotiate commercial contracts and share best practices across the global sales organisation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of sales experience, including at least 1 year of proven success in B2B closing roles.
• Track record in high-velocity B2B sales environments, with experience in B2B deal negotiation and revenue generation.
• Experience selling to or in European markets, ideally with exposure to Germany.
• Native-level German and fluent English.
• Preferred: fintech, payments or SaaS experience, and experience in a hub or commercial centre model serving multiple countries.

• Familiarity with AI-powered sales engagement tools, CRM workflows and automation strategies.
• Self-starting, detail-oriented and metrics-driven approach, with strong communication and stakeholder management.
