Industrial & Service Providers Segment Manager - HP SitePrint

About the role

HP SitePrint is transforming construction layout with automation and AI, and is looking for an Industrial Deployments & Service Providers Segment Manager in Sant Cugat del Valles. You will lead engagement with industrial project owners, the contractors that build for them and layout service providers, positioning HP SitePrint as a standard tool in factories, warehouses, logistics centres, data centres and other large facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Act as HP's thought leader and ambassador for digital layout in industrial projects and layout services, and develop strategic plans to make HP SitePrint the preferred solution.
• Build relationships with key industrial project owners, contractors and service providers, and help standardise HP SitePrint across their projects, either with internal robots or via service providers.
• Help service providers build a profitable layout service business around HP SitePrint, covering business model, pricing and fleet utilisation.
• Develop value propositions, business cases and ROI models, and work with contractors and ecosystem partners so deployments succeed.
• Support customers and service providers with deployment roadmaps, pilots and training, and lead the Service Provider community, including the Service Provider Summit.
• Share industry trends and success stories, capture feedback to influence the product roadmap, and collaborate with GTM, pre-sales, marketing and channel teams.
• Lead joint initiatives with strategic dealers and partners, and contribute to HP's visibility at industry events.

Required profile

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Fluent English.
• Solid analytical skills, strong written and verbal communication, proactive and curious.
• Basic knowledge of research methodology and project management.
• Interest in construction, industrial projects or service businesses is a plus.

Required skills

• Solid knowledge of MS Office, advanced Excel; Power BI is a plus.
