Influencer Marketing Operations Manager

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for an Operations & Growth-minded leader to act as the right hand to its Lead of Influencer Marketing. The role evolves how the ambassador, influencer and content creator programs run and scale, focusing on strategy, operations and the infrastructure behind a creator marketing function rather than influencer marketing itself.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategy and operational roadmap for the Ambassadors, Influencers and Content Creators product, working directly with the Lead of Influencer Marketing.
• Own and redesign end-to-end workflows such as scouting, onboarding, briefing, contracting, payment and reporting to increase speed and reduce manual work.
• Identify and implement automation and tooling opportunities, for example inbound funnel platforms, to scale capacity without adding headcount.
• Propose and lead new developments to the product/service offering, working with Data, Workflows and Automation and Legal.
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards giving leadership real-time visibility into program performance and ROI.
• Manage relationships with external tools and vendors supporting the influencer program.
• Act as second-in-command, supporting prioritization and process decisions when the Lead is absent.

Required profile

• 8+ years in operations, business operations, program/process management or growth roles, ideally with exposure to marketing, the creator economy or marketplace businesses.
• Proven track record designing and scaling workflows and automating manual processes.
• English native or bilingual; Spanish or a second language is a plus.
• Strong analytical, data-driven mindset and excellent project management skills, able to run multiple workstreams in parallel.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Madrid, Spain.

• Experience evaluating or implementing marketing/creator tech platforms.
• Background in a high-growth startup or scale-up.
• Experience running affiliates or ambassadors programs.
