Influencer Marketing Trainee

About the role

As an Influencer Marketing Trainee you will support the team in executing high‑impact influencer campaigns and learn the ins and outs of influencer marketing within a fast‑paced, international agency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in researching influencers aligned with brand identity and campaign goals.
• Support influencer outreach and communication, ensuring timely responses and coordination.
• Help monitor campaign progress and gather deliverables for client reporting.
• Participate in competitive and trend analysis within the beauty and lifestyle sectors.
• Aid in organizing internal documentation, databases, and team assets.
• Attend brainstorming and creative meetings, offering fresh, Gen‑Z‑aligned insights.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student in marketing, communications, or related fields.
• Interest in influencer marketing, social media, and content trends.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team setting.

Required skills

• Familiarity with platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
