Influencer Specialist

About the role

The Influencer Specialist will own end‑to‑end influencer marketing campaigns for key beauty accounts, working with both micro and macro creators to deliver trend‑setting content. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to translate cultural shifts into actionable strategies and ensure campaigns meet performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients and internal teams to design and execute influencer strategies from brief to delivery.
• Select, onboard and manage influencers, overseeing content planning, production and quality.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance throughout its lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (booking, data, client services) to ensure seamless execution and reporting.
• Support brand events and activations, handling issues and maintaining stakeholder communication.
• Deliver actionable insights, manage legal and financial compliance, and propose workflow improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing influencer marketing campaigns, preferably for beauty or fashion brands.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, creator ecosystems and the creator economy.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and manage external partners.
• Passion for culture, creators and staying ahead of industry developments.
