Information Security GRC Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Information Security GRC Specialist to strengthen our cybersecurity governance. You will lead KPI development, manage key security processes and collaborate with European teams to ensure compliance with application security requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and track cybersecurity governance KPIs.
• Implement and manage Vulnerability Management and Incident Management processes.
• Follow up on security findings and drive timely remediation.
• Work closely with European teams to meet application security standards.
• Document and communicate governance processes and security policies.
• Participate in regular reviews of security controls and standards.
• Support regional ISO with compliance monitoring, risk management and reporting.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to identify risks and recommend improvements.
• Stay current with cybersecurity trends and best practices.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field.
• Fluent English; German or other European languages a plus.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP or CISM are highly desirable.
