Infrastructure Technician (Civil Engineering)

About the role

Alsa, a multinational bus operator with more than 20,000 employees, is looking for an Infrastructure Technician in Madrid. The role covers documentation, procurement, cost control and project reporting for maintenance and renovation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Documental and administrative control: manage plans, licences, technical sheets and procedures with the administration
• Procurement and purchasing: request budgets, compare prices, review offers and place orders for maintenance and renovations
• Cost control: check supplier certifications, process invoices and follow the project budget
• Planning and reporting: support project tracking and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and presentations

Required profile

• University degree or vocational training in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Industrial Engineering (infrastructure focus)
• At least 3 years of experience in similar functions; renovation and construction experience is valued
• High level of English (B2/C1)
• Availability to travel within Spain (half days)
• Proactive and problem-solving attitude
