Inside Presales Collaboration Tech Consultant (German & English)

About the role

HP is hiring an Inside Presales Collaboration Tech Consultant in Sant Cugat del Valles. The role builds strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, advises them on enterprise collaboration and unified communications solutions, and mentors junior team members. It involves account planning, sales strategy and customized collaboration and video conferencing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design of complex solutions for enterprise collaboration, video conferencing and unified communications environments.
• Foster strategic relationships with key customers and act as a trusted advisor on modern workplace and hybrid work strategies.
• Deliver presentations and demonstrations to executive-level customers, including HP video conferencing systems, conference phones and professional headsets.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for high-profile customers, coordinating with sales teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of integrations between HP collaboration endpoints and third-party or cloud platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Webex.
• Solve technical challenges on audio quality, video performance, device interoperability and cloud integration.
• Identify risks in collaboration architectures and run innovation workshops on collaboration use cases.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to initiatives that grow revenue and improve customer experience.

Required profile

• University or bachelor's degree (preferred) in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related discipline, or commensurate experience.
• Typically 5-10 years of experience, preferably in technical selling, consultative selling, presales engineering, account management or enterprise collaboration solutions.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Ability to build relationships with technical decision-makers and strong communication skills.
