C295 Instructor Pilot - Flight Simulators

About the role

A multinational consulting group, ATEXIS Spain (an Alten company), is looking for a C295 Instructor Pilot to join its team in Seville. You will deliver ground training to international customers on flight simulators, ensuring high training standards and helping develop aircrew capabilities worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver FTD and FFS simulator sessions on time and to a high standard for assigned courses
• Prepare the briefing for each session, including a 1-hour pre-briefing and a 1-hour debriefing with the customer
• Fill the student progress notebook and run theory training sessions
• Report any important customer deviations from expected standards
• Apply ATO manuals, flight training standardization documents and FTOM during Airbus DS training activities
• Review and amend flight operation briefing notes, training briefing guides and flight crew training manuals

Required profile

• Previous experience as a C295 and/or CN235 pilot
• Fluent English (B2/C1 level)
• Desirable: previous experience as an Instructor Pilot, and with NVG and tactical missions
