Integration Specialist

About the role

Rojo Integrations is seeking an Integration Specialist to join its global delivery team. The role acts as the technical bridge between customers and the integration landscapes they rely on, building new integrations, maintaining production flows and managing the full change‑request lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new interfaces or enhancements using SAP Integration Suite, SAP PI/PO, SAP BTP or equivalent platforms.
• Assess, scope and implement customer change requests against existing integration interfaces.
• Follow a structured change‑management process including impact analysis, testing, sign‑off and controlled deployment.
• Liaise with customers to confirm requirements, set expectations and communicate progress.
• Proactively identify risks, improvements and opportunities throughout projects.
• Provide first‑ and second‑line support for production SAP integration environments, participating in an alternate weekend support rotation.
• Continuously monitor integration flows, triage and diagnose failures across SAP PI/PO, Integration Suite and connected systems.
• Own tickets end‑to‑end: initial response, investigation, resolution, customer communication and post‑incident documentation.
• Perform root‑cause analysis on recurring issues and recommend permanent fixes.

Required profile

• Proven experience with full‑lifecycle integration implementation or rollout projects.
• Ability to work in a rotational support model, including weekend on‑call duties.
• Strong proactive mindset to identify risks, improvements and opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
