Intern Data Analyst I People Strategy (Global HQ)

About the role

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for a Data Analyst intern to join its People Analytics team at the Global HQ in Barcelona. You will help shape the strategy behind Glovo's culture and talent, working in a complex ecosystem and adding value to the business.

Key responsibilities

• Combine multiple data sources to support cross-functional projects, improve data quality and design and optimise KPIs and processes
• Own reporting on Employee Performance, Engagement, Leadership, Diversity and Inclusion KPIs and support key business analytics in the department
• Maintain current tools and reports, mainly using Tableau, Excel (Google Sheets), Workday, Google Apps Script and Python
• Solve inefficiencies in the People teams and support COEs in making data-informed decisions
• Write SQL queries and automate reports and processes while exploring GenAI strategies
• Communicate with non-analytical stakeholders and senior leadership

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics or another relevant technological field
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a passion for analytics
• Interest in People Strategy and People Analytics; familiarity with HR trends is a plus
• Ability to explain complex ideas to non-technical people, hands-on attitude, organised and detail-oriented
• Fluent English
