Internal Auditor – Hospitality

About the role

Barceló Group is seeking a motivated Internal Auditor to support its portfolio of hotels across Europe and Latin America. You will work within a dynamic, family‑owned hospitality company, ensuring financial integrity and compliance with reporting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct audits of accounts and verify compliance with financial reporting standards.
• Review accounting and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyze internal controls, assess risk areas, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare analysis and reconciliation of profit and loss statements.
• Perform internal control checks and audit missions at hotel locations throughout Europe and LATAM.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar auditing role is valued.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Europe and Latin America.
• High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
