Finance Internship - Luxury Boutique Hotel, Mallorca

About the role

A finance internship in Mallorca with a small, design-led luxury boutique hotel. The internship gives a hands-on view of how finance drives a hospitality business, working alongside experienced staff in a compact team. Abroad Internships arranges the placement and guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Support the finance team with invoicing and manage accounts payable and receivable
• Process payments and assist with budget tracking and financial reporting
• Analyse performance across hotel departments and help prepare financial overviews
• Support payroll and cost control, and help finance, HR and operations stay aligned on the numbers

Required profile

• Interest in finance, accounting or business administration
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail and reliability with financial data
• Curiosity about how finance works in hospitality
• Fluent English and Spanish at an intermediate level or higher
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week) for a minimum of 16 weeks
• Background or ongoing studies in finance, accounting, business or economics

Required skills

• Solid Excel skills are a plus
