Internal Communication Manager

About the role

Destinus is seeking its first Internal Communication Manager to design and lead the internal communications function across the company. In this strategic yet hands‑on position you will shape the communication strategy, ensure clear and engaging messaging, and support a culture of transparency during a period of rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an internal communications strategy, including key messaging, channels, and tactics.
• Create and deliver content such as email updates, newsletters, intranet articles, videos, and presentations.
• Collaborate with leadership, People & Culture, and cross‑functional teams to align communications with business objectives and company values.
• Monitor and measure communication effectiveness, using data and feedback to recommend improvements.
• Manage crisis communications to keep employees informed.
• Maintain internal communication tools, ensuring they are up‑to‑date, user‑friendly, and aligned with corporate goals.
• Potentially build and lead a small team of internal communication specialists, providing guidance and feedback.

Required profile

• Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business, Human Resources or a related field (advanced degree or certification is a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications.
• 2+ years of experience managing a team.
• Experience in high‑growth, international or fast‑changing environments.
• Proven ability to create communication processes and structures from scratch.
• Experience producing email, newsletter, intranet, video and presentation content.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
