International Accountant – Barcelona

About the role

Join the Finance team at MiiN Cosmetics as an International Accountant, supporting the accounting of multiple European and Korean entities within the Odoo ERP system. You will ensure accurate day‑to‑day bookkeeping while collaborating with local advisors and the headquarters finance department.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day‑to‑day accounting for entities in Italy, Germany, France, Portugal and Korea using Odoo ERP.
• Execute monthly closings, reconciliations and ensure data consistency with group standards.
• Handle electronic invoicing, Intrastat reporting, VAT settlements and Modelli F24 filings.
• Coordinate tax filings and statutory obligations with external advisors, especially for Italian regulations.
• Act as the primary liaison between HQ Finance and external partners in Italy.
• Support accounting for other subsidiaries when needed and promote uniform processes across entities.
• Identify and implement improvements in accounting workflows and internal controls.
• Assist with internal reporting and group consolidation activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–4 years of accounting experience, preferably with exposure to Italian and international entities.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems.
• Experience working with external accounting or tax advisors.
• Advanced Spanish and Italian are highly valued; good English for internal communication.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and comfortable in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
