International Finance Analyst – Global Finance Team

About the role

Join Ayesa Engineering’s Global Finance team and help drive the financial strategy of an international engineering group operating in more than 15 countries. You will work closely with multidisciplinary experts, providing high‑level technical finance expertise on projects that shape infrastructure and energy development worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop financial analyses and forecasting models to support strategic decision‑making.
• Coordinate and develop local finance teams across multiple jurisdictions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Analyze variances, produce reports for senior management and ensure accurate consolidation.
• Participate in internal and external audit processes.
• Support continuous improvement of tools, processes and controls.
• Collaborate on special projects such as integrations, acquisitions and financial‑system implementations.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance (double degree preferred).
• 5‑15 years of experience in consolidation, audit or financial reporting.
• Previous experience in a Big Four firm, focusing on corporate finance.
• English level C1 or higher.
• Experience in international environments and willingness to relocate.
• Strong analytical skills and a results‑driven mindset.
