International Product Manager, Light Commercial Air Conditioning Europe

About the role

Bosch Home Comfort Group, part of Bosch, develops and commercializes heating, ventilation and cooling solutions across Europe. The Light Commercial Air Conditioning Product Team Europe owns the product roadmap for packaged air conditioners across all European markets, with responsibility for turnover and margin development. The role is based in Vacarisses, Barcelona.

Key responsibilities

• Own the light commercial air conditioning product roadmap and drive turnover and margin for the assigned products.
• Structure and manage a competitive product portfolio, working with R&D, factories and joint venture or sourcing partners.
• Analyse markets, plan and steer turnover and margin, close portfolio gaps and strengthen relationships with sales and customers.
• Oversee lifecycle management so technical specs, costs and competitiveness stay aligned with market needs.
• Support strategic initiatives and take ownership of special product management projects.
• Define and execute the strategy for pricing, value proposition and customer experience, partnering with sales teams to grow market share quickly in each country.

Required profile

• University degree (Master, MBA) in International Business, Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in product management, marketing or sales of durable consumer products in an international context.
• Exposure to light-commercial air conditioning (VRF, chillers, air-side systems).
• Ability to travel internationally, including Asia, and to work comfortably with foreign cultures.
• English negotiation; other European languages are an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of pricing strategies and P&L levers, with proven use of price-steering mechanisms.
• Communicative, self-driven, proactive negotiator; structured and analytical working style.
