International Supply Operations Lead - PLECA

About the role

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, operates in around 65 countries and relies on a live balance of courier supply and demand across its international markets. As Supply Operations Lead in the International team, you will own supply performance across the PLECA region, turn data into clear priorities and actions, and lead a high-performing team. You will act as a strategic partner to country General Managers and Heads of Operations and help build standardised operating models.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse operational data to identify trends, root causes and priorities that improve delivery time, rider efficiency and cost per order.
• Translate insights into action plans and help hire, manage and develop the Operations team.
• Own operational performance metrics end-to-end, ensuring strong courier supply balance and partner operations.
• Deep-dive into and standardise scalable operating models across cities, preparing them for seasonality, growth and operational shifts.
• Work with General Managers and Heads of Operations on key decisions and market priorities.
• Collaborate with global operations and cross-functional teams to roll out new tools, processes and product launches.
• Build relationships with courier communities and third-party fleet partners.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in fast-paced environments such as operations, consulting, logistics, marketplace ops or similar.
• Experience owning projects and leading teams in technical assignments.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience creating and tracking KPIs, delegating teams and aligning stakeholders across commercial, legal, partner and courier operations, product and others.
• Confidence negotiating with external partners and communicating Glovo's value proposition.
• Excellent written and spoken English (B2+).
• Hands-on approach, proactive and with a continuous improvement mindset.

Required skills

• SQL or advanced Excel (a plus)
