Internship in Nutrition, Health Sciences & Food Research (Sept 2026)

About the role

This 6‑month internship starting in September 2026 offers the chance to join Nestlé’s specialized teams working across nutrition, health sciences, food research, consumer understanding and scientific communication. You will collaborate on projects involving nutrition, clinical and scientific information, product evaluation, sensory research, data analysis and the preparation of technical or scientific materials.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and follow‑up activities for research projects.
• Review, organize and synthesize information, preparing reports or presentations.
• Conduct sensory studies, scientific literature reviews, and develop medical/scientific materials.
• Work with digital tools to analyse and communicate results, and collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a university degree or master’s program in Nutrition, Food Science, Biology, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biotechnology or related fields.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Spanish or Catalan a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, able to synthesize information and meet deadlines.
• Effective communicator, comfortable working autonomously and receiving feedback.

What we offer

• College scholarship of €883 per month.
• 6‑month contract, 30 hours per week, office‑based (9 h – 16 h with 1 h break).
