IT Analyst, Access Control

About the role

Power Digital is looking for an IT Analyst, Access Control, reporting to the Sr. Manager, IT. You ensure that the right people have the right access and that the company does not pay for access nobody uses. The role handles access and license requests through the ticketing system, structures entitlements in Okta by role and group, and partners with Operations to right-size license pools across the SaaS stack. It is remote and open to candidates in several countries.

Key responsibilities

• Process access, license and entitlement requests in the ticketing system within SLA, with the correct approval captured on every request
• Structure and maintain Okta entitlements: group-based and role-based access, app assignment rules, and clean up of one-off assignments
• Own license management: track seat counts and utilization per SaaS application, reclaim unused seats, flag over-provisioning and partner with Operations to keep license spend within budget
• Run periodic access reviews and support onboarding of acquired teams (access mapping, entitlement design, license consolidation)
• Use AI technologies to improve business processes and leverage the Power Digital Nova ecosystem

Required profile

• 2+ years in an IT helpdesk, IT support or identity/access support role
• Experience in a ticketing system and following approval workflows
• Comfortable in spreadsheets, reconciling license counts, utilization and cost data
• Advanced spoken and written English (B2 or higher) and availability overlapping US business hours
• Detailed, clear written communication; vendor management experience is a plus

• Familiarity with Okta (or another identity provider) user, group and application administration
