IT Application Analyst – Order to Invoice (OTI)

About the role

As an IT Application Analyst in the Order to Invoice (OTI) area, you will manage, develop and support the SAP‑based IT services that enable Sanoma’s OTI function. You will work closely with the OTI organization, internal IT teams and cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business needs into reliable SAP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and design SAP configurations that meet OTI processes.
• Develop and configure SAP ECC/S/4HANA solutions, focusing on SD, MM and PP modules.
• Handle incident management, troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis.
• Collaborate with virtual, international teams to deliver continuous service improvements.
• Create user stories, support UAT activities and ensure proper documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a SAP ECC or S/4HANA analyst/developer.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding of supply‑chain processes and SAP SD/MM/PP modules.
• Fluent in English and the local language of the residence.
• Proactive, service‑oriented attitude with good communication skills.
