IT Endpoint Management Specialist

About the role

Drees & Sommer is looking for an IT Endpoint Management specialist to join its IT team in Málaga. The role provides advanced technical support to internal users across different countries and regions, contributes to system administration and network operations, and helps build secure, compliant endpoint architectures and a resilient digital workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Design a secure endpoint management environment with clear architectures, standards and governance, embedding security and compliance into processes
• Evaluate, design and implement new endpoint technologies and lead endpoint projects from planning through operation
• Provide Level 2/3 support for complex incidents, manage incidents and root causes, and maintain Microsoft Intune, Entra ID and Microsoft 365 endpoint services
• Configure device and compliance policies, monitor compliance, support device lifecycle and onboarding/offboarding
• Oversee software packaging, testing, deployment and troubleshooting, and take part in pilots, automation and continuous improvement
• Manage external service providers, act as escalation point, and share knowledge within the team
• Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture standards and operational procedures

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Endpoint Management, IT Operations or advanced IT Support
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• High level of English (C1)

Required skills

• Microsoft Intune and other endpoint management solutions
• Software packaging and application deployment
• Basic PowerShell knowledge is an advantage
