Odoo Project Leader

About the role

Miratech, a global IT services and consulting company, is hiring an Odoo Project Leader for its internal automation team in Málaga. The role bridges internal business needs with Odoo ERP solutions, helping configure, adopt and deliver Odoo implementations for the company's own finance and operations functions. It involves gathering client requirements, mapping them to Odoo features, configuring and customizing modules, testing and training users, and managing the implementation lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyze client requirements, map them to Odoo functionalities and present best-fit solutions, including demos and proof-of-concept sessions
• Configure and customize Odoo modules, working with technical teams on custom development and troubleshooting
• Conduct functional testing and user acceptance testing with clients
• Provide end-user training and documentation
• Manage the full implementation lifecycle to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
• Assist in preparing cost estimates, project timelines and technical feasibility assessments

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as an Odoo Project Leader or similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration
• Fluent Ukrainian and English
• Odoo certification and/or project management experience is a plus

Required skills

• Strong understanding of Odoo modules, including Sales, Accounting and HR
• Odoo certification and/or project management
