IT Engineer – Barcelona

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking an IT Engineer to join its Barcelona office. You will design and deliver technical solutions while providing day‑to‑day IT support for Spanish and EU employees in a fast‑paced, multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with internal clients to resolve all levels of IT issues promptly.
• Evaluate, test and deploy new hardware and software technologies.
• Manage vendor relationships, purchase and maintain company assets.
• Configure, image, and maintain corporate PCs and Macs, including warranty coordination.
• Administer Zoom systems, inventory, and IT asset data.
• Support hosted applications such as Okta, Google Workspace, Fleet, Zoom, and Microsoft O365.
• Handle IT account management for employee onboarding/off‑boarding and ticket resolution.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience in desktop support or IT infrastructure engineering.
• Eligible to live and work in Spain.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills in English.
• Willingness to travel cross‑region (<10% of time).
